Sub Team 4: KNCCI


Our client is the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry. KNCCI is a non-profit organization established in 1965 with a vision to promote, protect, and develop commercial industrial investments of members and those of the entire business community. The vision illustrates KNCCI commitment to improve business and entrepreneurship leading to increased wealth creation and employment towards Vision 2030.

KNCCI has a countrywide outreach with 47 County Chambers. It works in close collaboration with the Government, stakeholders, and business development organizations internationally.


As a national organization, KNCCI intends to build robust communication channels to engage its membership on a continuous basis for knowledge sharing on matters relating to trade and industry. They look to gather information to help anticipate the needs of its members and develop and evaluate value proposition for its memberships.

Team #4's goals will be to 
  • Review KNCCI's developing communications strategy between HQ Offices and the 47 County Offices. Work to develop best practice communication strategy moving forward.
  • Explore simple technology options including social media tools to facilitate communications across their diverse membership.  
  • Explore opportunities for data analytics to unlock value
