The client for this sub-team is African Medical Research Foundation (AMREF). In partnership between GSK PLUSE Volunteer Partnership, IBM Corporate Service Corps and DOT, we seek to
achieve the following:
The team members are:
Hiromi Kawatsu from Japan, Suman Mukherjee from India, and Mark C. Bolter from United States.
- Make department work more efficiently - what info exists what processes/common ways of working can be put in place including regular reporting
- Outreach to remote parts, loads of data captured, but paper based, no analysis of trends for planning, also add REQAS which has same issue
- How to use of technology to make remote working more cost efficiently, costly to operate doctors flying to field
