1st Weekend Trip: Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and the Hell's Gate

On 6 and 7 Sep we all got lost into the scenic Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru. On the way we got a spectacular view of the Great Rift Valley. These are what we covered -

Lake Naivasha
1) Hell's Gate
2) Boat ride
3) Crescent island
4) Lunch at Sopa Lodge

Lake Nakuru
1) Dinner and bonfire
2) Lake Nakuru National Park

A trip not only opened a lot of horizons for us all but also brought the entire group together :-)

Lord Byron's words summed it up for us -
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar:
I love not man the less, but Nature more, - See more at: http://allpoetry.com/There-Is-Pleasure-In-The-Pathless-Woods#sthash.4eFh4W43.dpuf
